It only takes one initial consultation to determine if we can help you find employment. Depending on the position/s you are applying for, you may be required to participate in some, or all of the following processes:
- Initial interview with an Edge Recruitment consultant;
- Assessment (specific to the role - practical or theory);
- Onsite induction; and/or
- An interview with our client.
The final step in the process will always be a minimum of two work related reference checks, to assist us in assessing your suitability for future, or specific roles.
On the proviso that there is mutual compatibility, you will then be placed on standby for immediate employment. When an appropriate position becomes available the tasks and conditions of the job, including the pay rate are discussed with you. It is then up to YOU to decide if you want the job.
