Workforce Management is in our DNA. Typically this level of service is for a minimum staffing requirement of 10 casual staff, ongoing. As our Client, you can expect:
- Daily contact to discuss any operational issues and to reconfirm numbers required for the following day;
- Weekly site visit at your preferred day and time;
- Established measurements to enable a genuine service review - frequency to be agreed;
- Agreed process to convert high performers to permanent staff at no additional cost to you. "Try before you Buy".
