Lesh Prasad has been involved in recruitment since 1998. With a business degree from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) majoring in Business Management and Human Resource Management, Lesh's areas of expertise include business-to-business sales, account management, long-term business strategies and partnership building.
He was appointed General Manager and has led the team at Edge Personnel since 2001.With this appointment Lesh brought a genuine passion to service both candidate and client. He is clear on his understanding on what commitment is required to support host employers and assist in determining the 'Best Practice Model' to achieve the best outcome.
Lesh was asked to become an ‘Independent Industry Advisor" in the 2006 Work-Choice Reformation. With this he also became well versed in general employment industry conditions on both State and Federal award legislation. A core fundament to Edge Personnel’s success has been the ability to understand and interpret changes to employment conditions for industry and client.
Prior to this Lesh was a board member of the ‘Queensland Associated Mental Health Advisory’ and sat as a Non-Executive Board Director and Treasurer for the ‘Second Chance Foundation’. Lesh was also previously recruited to create a Labour Hire model that would be merged into the existing Sarina Russo Group which is now ‘Russo Recruitment’.
